Customisation & Pool Finishes

Absolutely! We’ll guide you in choosing the best tile colour and finish to suit your landscaping, home style, and maintenance preferences.

Tile selection takes place after your production deposit is completed, so you’ll have plenty of time to decide with our team’s help.

Yes — we can show you Aqualux colours and tile finish samples before you decide. You can view them in person or explore photos from recent projects to help you visualise how each finish will look in your space.

As our plunge pools are precast, custom designs aren’t typically available. However, we offer a wide range of round and rectangular models, each with different seating layouts and step configurations to suit your needs. View our pool range here.

Aqualux is a smooth, flexible interior finish that’s soft underfoot and easy to maintain. It can be used with heaters and spa jets, but the maximum water temperature is 32°C, so heating should be kept within that limit.

Tiles offer a premium, high-end finish that can handle higher temperatures, making them ideal if you plan to include hydrotherapy or extended heating.

Both finishes are durable and long-lasting — the right choice depends on your preferred look, feel, and how you plan to use your plunge pool.

General Pool Information

Start by choosing your preferred pool model and confirming site access.

From there, our team will guide you through colour and finish selections, upgrade options, and can connect you with a local installer to help plan your project.

We offer pools as compact as 2.5m round — perfect for small courtyards or tight urban blocks. For larger spaces, our rectangular options go up to 6m in length. If you’re unsure, send us a site photo and we’ll help you size it up.

Absolutely — many clients add spa jets and heating to create a relaxing hydrotherapy setup. For this, we recommend a tiled pool interior, as Aqualux finishes are limited to a maximum temperature of 32°C.

Yes — plunge pools are ideal for compact backyards or narrow spaces where a full-sized pool won’t fit. Their smaller footprint still offers plenty of room to cool off, relax, or enjoy hydrotherapy, making them a smart choice for urban homes.

We offer a wide range of round and rectangular plunge pools, from 2.5 metres up to 6 metres in length — so there’s an option for every backyard size and style. View our pool sizes here.

All our plunge pools are built from high-strength precast concrete, engineered for durability and long-term performance. Concrete offers superior strength, stability, and design flexibility compared to fibreglass or other materials.

A plunge pool is a compact concrete pool designed for soaking, cooling off, and hydrotherapy rather than long-distance swimming. It offers the luxury of a pool in a smaller, low-maintenance footprint, making it perfect for modern backyards and urban spaces.

Installation Process

Yes — we have a network of trusted installers across Australia. Just share your suburb or postcode, and we’ll connect you with an experienced installer in your area who’s familiar with our plunge pools.

Before delivery, you must prepare your site and clear access for the crane and delivery truck. You’ll first need a Base Design and Soil Assessment, which includes:

1) A valid soil test report (with a borehole at the pool’s exact location)
2) A completed customer form with site and installation details
3) Site plans if available

Once approved, your installer can prepare the base — including 20 mm of packing sand between the pool and the crushed rock or concrete slab. We’ll provide all specifications so your builder or installer can have everything ready before the pool arrives.

Installation time varies depending on your installer and site conditions. Most installers will conduct a site visit first to assess access, base preparation, and equipment setup before confirming a timeline. In many cases, installation can be completed within a few days once the site is ready and the pool is delivered.

Yes — our plunge pools can be installed in-ground, partially in-ground, or fully above-ground, depending on your site and design preferences. Your Base Design and site assessment will determine the best installation method for stability and aesthetics.

Yes — council approval or a building permit is required for all plunge pool installations. We’ll provide you with the Certificate of Compliance and engineered Base Design needed for your permit application.

Your soil test and site-specific base design ensure the pool meets all safety and structural standards required by your local council or certifier.

Our plunge pools arrive precast and are craned into position on your prepared base.
A licensed installer or builder will then handle the plumbing, electrical connections, and final setup.

If crane access is limited, we can offer a Pour on Site option, where the pool shell is cast directly on your property.

Maintenance & Care

Absolutely! You can enjoy your plunge pool year-round with upgrade options like heaters, spa jets, or a plumbing skid. When requesting a quote, just let us know your planned usage so we can recommend the best setup for all seasons.

Just check your water balance, clean the filter, and vacuum or run your robotic cleaner as needed.

If you choose our Gold Package, upkeep is even easier — it’s a semi-automated system that adjusts sanitisation and pH levels for you. You’ll only need to do a quick monthly water check, making it one of the most low-maintenance options on the market.

Because of the smaller water volume, plunge pools are more energy-efficient. Costs depend on equipment, heating, and usage — but they’re generally cheaper to run than standard pools.

You can clean your plunge pool using a robotic cleaner or a manual vacuum. We also recommend regularly rinsing your filter to keep your water clear and your system running efficiently.

Yes — their smaller water volume means easier upkeep, fewer chemicals, and quicker cleaning. With our Economy or Gold packages, maintenance becomes even simpler. The Gold package features a semi-automated system that helps balance and sanitise your water, making pool care almost effortless.

Pool Equipment & Options

Yes — you can choose from a range of tile colours or Aqualux interior finishes to suit your style. We don’t paint the concrete shell; all finishes are professionally applied materials designed for durability and long-term performance.

Yes, we offer a robotic cleaner as an add-on to make maintenance easier.

Absolutely — you can add spa jets to both tiled and Aqualux plunge pools. Just note that Aqualux interiors have a maximum temperature limit of 32°C, so heating and spa jets should be used within that range.

For those wanting higher heat or stronger hydrotherapy, we recommend choosing a tiled pool to maximise performance and comfort.

Yes — we offer both electric and gas heating options for our tiled plunge pools.
However, Aqualux interiors can only be heated up to 32°C, so we recommend getting a tiled pool to maximise this.

Yes — our plumbing skids come pre-plumbed, tested, and ready to connect on-site.
This saves your installer time, reduces setup errors, and ensures a cleaner, more efficient installation.

Our most popular add-ons include spa jets, pool heating, and thermal covers for year-round comfort.
Many customers also choose plumbing skids for faster installation and robotic cleaners or smart filtration systems for low-maintenance convenience.

A plumbing skid is a pre-assembled equipment setup that includes your pump, filter, chlorinator, and other components — all mounted, plumbed, and tested before delivery. It arrives ready to connect, saving time on-site and ensuring a professional, reliable installation.

Pricing & Inclusions

These are optional upgrades — we’ll include them in your quote if requested.

Shipping, Delivery & Access

Stock Pools:
Most stock pools are ready for quick delivery. After certification (10–15 business days), transport is usually scheduled within 3–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on truck availability and site readiness.

New Build Pools:
Custom-cast plunge pools typically take 6–8 weeks from order to delivery. This covers certification, casting, tiling, plumbing, and final preparation before transport.

All pools include a Base Assessment & Design to ensure your site and soil conditions are ready for installation.

We’ll need clear, stable access for our delivery truck and crane — ideally at least 3 metres wide with no low trees, powerlines, or tight corners. If access is limited, we’ll review alternative options such as crane lifts, or in some cases, a Pour on Site installation may be recommended.

Your Base Assessment & Design includes an access review to determine the best delivery and installation method for your property.

We deliver Australia-wide through our trusted transport network. However, delivery availability depends on your location — we’ll confirm if your area is serviceable during the quoting process.

Additional freight charges may apply for remote or hard-to-access areas.

Warranty & After-Sales Support

You can contact our team directly through phone or email. We’re here to help with post-delivery questions, warranty claims, or technical support.

Yes — all our pools come with a manufacturer warranty, and the details are outlined in your quote. You can also lodge a claim thru the Warranty Page.
