Pool delivery times can vary depending on your pool requirements (pool type, interior type & colour).
Stock Pools ready for immediate delivery can be delivered as soon as 5 business days after payment in full is received (conditions apply).

Our pools are cast from set moulds so the sizes and seating configurations of our pools are unable to change.
We can however slightly modify them, for example having a Vanishing Edge on the pool.
For those wanting a pool with seating all the way around, unfortunately we are unable to do this.
However if you buy a pool without seating, you can organise your installer to do form work in the pool to the seating specifications of your choice and then pour the seating on site.
The reason why we can’t do this at our production facility is because it would make the pool too heavy, making delivery too difficult to deliver.
We have a large range of round and rectangle concrete Plunge Pools available ranging from 4,300 liters to 11,503 litres. Our range can be viewed here.

All of our pools need to sit on a 100KPA base. This can be achieved by either a 100mm concrete slab or 100mm B grade crush rock (road base) compacted base. The base type required for your pool will be determined by your Soil Test/Structual Engineer.
All Plunge Pools require a permit. This can be organized through your installer* (location pending if referred by Plunge Pools Direct) or through your local building surveyor. As each shire is different, if you are an owner builder and looking at installing your pool yourself it would be best to speak to your local building surveyor re fencing regulations to ensure that your install complies.
Equipment setup for your Plunge Pool will vary depending on equipment package chosen as well as if you have upgraded to a Plumbing Skid.
For those purchasing a loose package (no plumbing skid) you will need to provide your plumber with a list of equipment so they can work out a layout plan.
Product information can be found on our Customer Corner page.
For a Plumbing Skid all equipment will come to site on a platform already pre-plumbed, pre-programmed, & pressure tested. All your plumber will need to do is connect via suction and return.
All pools will be delivered to site via Flat Top truck to site only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to supply a franna or a crane to unload. Pricing for delivery to site will vary depending on factors such as pool type, delivery location (we deliver Australia wide) and delivery timeframe.
