Stage 1

Choose Your Pool. Make it Yours.

  • Browse our range of precast concrete plunge pools — available in different shapes, sizes, and finishes.
  • Pick your model, interior finish (Aqualux or tile), and any extras like spa jets, heating, or covers.
  • We’ll confirm site access, recommend a local installer if needed, and provide a clear quote.
  • No pressure, no confusion — just expert help and honest advice to get you started.
Stage 2

Confirm Your Quote & Job Requirements

Once you’ve submitted your quote request, our team will walk you through the details — from specs to site access to delivery pricing.
We’ll also flag any permit or inspection steps specific to your job, and guide you through what’s needed next.

Next steps may include:

  • On-site inspection or photos
  • Finalising permits and paperwork
  • Quote confirmation and deposit
Stage 3

Permit Approval

All plunge pools in Australia require a permit. Your builder or certifier can help you apply and ensure your pool meets all local compliance.

We’ll provide:

  • Site-specific structural certificates
  • Compliance forms (e.g. Form 15, QLD only)
  • Support on hydraulics and layout (if required)

Need help with placement near boundaries or fencing? Ask your certifier — we’ll support you with the technical documents.

Stage 4

Soil Test & Base Preparation

Before we deliver your pool, the ground needs to be prepped to match engineering specs. This includes a soil test, base design, and site excavation.

Base types include:

  • Crushed rock
  • Standard slab
  • Engineered (designed) slab with piers

We can refer your soil report to a structural engineer if needed. Your builder will then prepare the base accordingly.

Stage 5

Delivery & Fit-Off

When your base is ready, we’ll coordinate the delivery. Your installer will organise crane access and prepare the site for the lift-in.

After placement, your installer will:

  • Connect plumbing and electrical
  • Set up any spa jets, heating, or extras
  • Replace temporary fencing and landscape (if required)
