If you are experiencing any issues with your pool, please fill in our claim form below. Once submitted your claim will be sent to the relevant department.
For all equipment claims, Plunge Pools Direct will lodge your claim with Fluidra- the supplier for your equipment. Fluidra will contact you direct to resolve your claim. Please note, to resolve your claim in a timely manner we do require the serial number for the product at fault (if applicable). Failure to do so will result in longer wait times to resolve your claim.
For all other claims, a representative from Plunge Pools Direct will contact you.

To lodge a claim, simply fill in our Service/Warranty form by clicking on the ‘Lodge a Claim’ tab. Fill in all relevant fields applicable to your claim, including photos (if applicable). Once this form has been filled in press the ‘Submit’ button. Once lodged, your claim will be sent to the necessary department who will contact you in resolving your claim.
To submit your claim, Plunge Pools Direct will require as much information as possible to get your claim resolved as quickly as possible.
This includes invoice number as well as purchaser details (name and address). You will need to select your warranty category as well as select the product with the fault using the dropdown menu options provided. For all Fluidra/Zodiac equipment claims we also require the serial number. Details on where to find this can be found below.
We also require the delivery date for the pool (required) and equipment (if applicable).
Please write as much information as possible with the issue you are experiencing in the box required.
If applicable please include photos of the issues you are experiencing. This will help Plunge Pools Direct resolve your issue as fast as possible.
Lastly, please add contact details of who best to speak to, to resolve your claim or if Plunge Pools Direct requires more information when processing your claim.
Once your claim has been processed Plunge Pools Direct/Fluidra will determine if your issue falls under warranty or not and will notify you of next steps required to resolve your issue.
The fastest way to lodge your Service/Warranty claim is via our online Claim form. By following the prompts and filling in all required fields, this allows Plunge Pools Direct to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

This should be done once your pool equipment has been delivered to ensure a speedy process if you ever need to submit a service/warranty claim.
The serial number for your equipment can be found on your warranty card or on the box of your product. The serial number will consist of a mixture of letters and numbers.
For applicable products, serial numbers can be found on the product.
As equipment models are subject to change you might not see the relevant item from the drop down menu option. In this case, please just put in the notes section for your claim the product you are having an issue with. If in doubt of the product name please upload a photo of the equipment so that Plunge Pools Direct can get your Service/Warranty claim resolved as quickly as possible.
